AeroShell Fluid 61 is a synthetic hydrocarbon base hydraulic fluid specially formulated to provide excellent oxidation stability for the oil and good corrosion preventive protection to the hydraulic system, keeping aircraft hydraulics moving and their components preserved.

This barrel of Aeroshell Fluid 61 hydraulic oil is for a customer with defence contracts where a MIL-SPEC (military specification oil) oil is needed to meet some very stringent requirements. In this customers case they use their AeroShell for another of its purposes; as a preservative during storage and transportation .

With a wide operating temperature of -40 Degrees Celsius to +204 Degrees Celsius, as well as being fire-resistant, Aeroshell Fluid 61 gives you the confidence you need when putting lubricants into an aircraft.
