VARFORM 307 Vanishing Forming Oil – 20 Litres

Varform 307 is a low viscosity, ester based vanishing oil for Drawing and Stamping. Designed for high speed blanking, punching or piercing operations on thin gauge coiled steel strip. It can also be used as a light duty forming or drawing lubricant.

Formulated with a low level of neutral ester to ensure only a very thin film is left on components. This film is frequently not removed prior to subsequent operations. The solvent carrier has a significantly higher flash point than other hydrocarbon solvents, such as white spirit, typically used in this type of product but will evaporate. Designed for use on light gauge steel and aluminium alloys.
