Tyne and Wear Oils: Your Local Oil Supplier

Tyne & Wear Oils know how frustrating it must be to be sent ‘up north’ to join a large-scale groundworks job (in this case a big road infrastructure project), but then run out of operating fluids!

We supply lubricants and greases to drivers in a variety of vehicles, from all parts of the UK, but this beauty stood out as being a little bit different, so being a little bit sad we asked for a picture!

A quick call to his head office had the driver heading off quite happily with some hydraulic oil, and earlier this week some 80W-90 GL-5 gear oil went over to a drilling site being completed by a firm from Manchester. A 6-hour round trip versus a 30-minute one was a bit of a no brainer, so that was another satisfied ‘outsider.’

TW Oils are quite rightly proud to be the ‘local’ supplier to a growing number of businesses in the North East, but we really do enjoy spreading a little of the famed Northern friendliness to temporary visitors too.
