As we emerge from lockdown, now is the perfect time to celebrate what makes Tyne & Wear Oils a great company to work for: the customers.

Brian from Auto Smart, posing with his 20L Drum of 5W-30 C3 Engine Oil, is a long-standing customer who normally regales us with stories of skiing trips and other family holidays. It’s living a little vicariously, but it really is nice to get to know people!

From our oil sourcing service, to our quick turnaround and delivery from our warehouse in Washington, we think it’s the personal touch that marks us out among our competitors.

With some semblance of normality returning, we hope to see some old customers returning as machines start running at full capacity and mechanics, engineers and others in the great manufacturing sector in the North East can get back to doing what they do best!
