Varcut 2120A Neat Cutting Oil extreme pressure neat cutting oil for deep hole boring, drilling and threading.

Varcut 2120A is a Sulphur Chlorinated neat oil developed for a wide range of arduous metal cutting operations on high tensile and stainless steels. It is particularly suited to heavy duty narrow diameter deep hole drilling, boring and tapping operations. It can also be used for thread rolling and forming operations.

Varcut 2120A contains non corrosive chlorinated and active sulphur EP additives and lubricity additives to meet the demands of such operations.

Varcut 2120A is formulated as a low viscosity oil to ensure good penetration to the cutting tool / work piece interface and effective flushing of swarf and chippings.
